Student Services

Bursar is derived from the Latin word “bursa” which is an official in charge of funds at a college or university. The Bursar’s Office uniquely services students, parents, and the Loyola campus community. Student services include analyzing tuition accounts, processing outside scholarships, and applying payments by cash, check, or e-Check.

Departmental Services

Services for departments on campus include the disbursement of the university’s accounts payable and purchase order checks, processing of departmental deposits, petty cash reimbursements, and maintaining the university's Copy Account system. Our office strives to render an atmosphere of excellence in customer relations and accuracy in all administrative endeavors.
